Shipping policy
The packages with your ordered goods are sent once a week, every Monday. The shipment of our goods is carried out by Post Economy as standard. The delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days. If the Monday falls on an official holiday, the packages with the ordered goods will be shipped on the next working day.
The shipping costs will be charged to you in addition to the cost of goods and will be shown again transparently before the order is completed.
Currently, only orders and deliveries from and in Switzerland are possible.
If the delivery of the goods is not possible despite several delivery attempts, Mundo Crudo can withdraw from the contract.
